On est mardi 1er novembre 2011, déjà neuf mois que ben ali s’est enfui et il est caché, comme un rat, en Arabie Saudite. Son collègue Gaddafi a été tué.
Après la lecture de cette lettre, tout cela parait être comme un cauchemar pour celles et ceux qui ne l’ont pas vécu personnellement. Cependant, le mal a sévi longtemps, beaucoup trop longtemps en Tunisie. Il est temps que ça change.
Tout un système policier qui s’effondre, la justice vient de renaître, certes encore fragile mais sera équitable insh’Allah.
Oui il a un fils qui est mon meilleur ami et croyez moi, même si son père et loin de lui sa ne fait pas de lui un mauvais père il s’occupe très bien de lui et Selim va le voir de temps en temps. Je suis au cœur de cette affaire et je peux donc savoir les ressentis de chacun...

En outre, contrairement à ce que pensent aujourd’hui de nombreux libyens, la chute de Kadhafi profite à tout le monde sauf à eux. Car, dans une Afrique où les pays de la zone subsaharienne riche en ressources minérales tournaient complètement le dos à la France pour aller vers la Chine, il fallait bien que monsieur Sarkozy trouve un autre terrain fertile pour son pays. La France n’arrive plus à vendre ses produits manufacturés ou de décrocher un marché en Afrique, elle risque de devenir un PSD C’est pour cela que l’on a vu une France prête à tout pour renverser ou assassiner Kadhafi ; surtout quand l’on sait que la Libye est l’une des premières réserves en Hydrocarbures d’Afrique et de Sebha est la capitale mondiale du trafic Franco-libyen de concentré d’uranium Nigérien. Egalement, l’on sait que jusqu’ici, les populations libyennes n’avaient rien à envier aux Français, ils vivaient richement mieux sans se suer. Puisque Kadhafi faisait tout son possible pour les mettre à l’abri du besoin. Il est donc temps pour les libyens de choisir pleinement futur partenaire occidental. Car si en cinquante ans de coopération la France n’a pu rien apporter à l’Afrique subsaharienne. Vat-elle apporter maintenant aux libyens un bonheur supérieur à celui que leur donnait leur Guide. Rien à offrir à ces ignorants de libyens, sauf des repas communs dans les poubelles de la ville Paris, en France c’est déjà la famine ? Lui, qui durant plusieurs décennies était l’un des faiseurs d’hommes les plus efficaces sur le continent Africain. De son existence, Kadhafi était le leader le plus généreux d’Afrique. Pas un seul pays africain ne peut nier aujourd’hui n’avoir jamais gouté un seul pétro –Dinar du guide Libyen. Aveuglement, et motivé par son projet des Etats-Unis d’Afrique, Kadhafi de son existence a partagé l’argent du pétrole libyen avec de nombreux pays africains, qu’ils soient Francophones, Anglophones ou Lusophones. Au sein même de l’union Africaine, le roi des rois d’Afrique s’était presque érigé en un bailleur de fond très généreux. Jusqu’à l’heure actuelle, il existe sur le continent de nombreux présidents qui ont été portés au pouvoir par Kadhafi. Mais, curieusement, même pas un seul de ces élèves de Kadhafi n’a jusqu’ici eu le courage de lui rendre le moindre hommage.Au lendemain du vote de la résolution 1973 du conseil de sécurité de l’ONU, certains pays membres de l’union africaine sous l’impulsion de Jacob Zuma ont tenté d’apporter un léger soutien au guide libyen. Un soutien qui finalement s’est éteint totalement sans que l’on ne sache pourquoi. Même l’union africaine qui au départ conditionnait avec amertume la prise du pouvoir libyen par un groupe de terroristes et la reconnaissance du CNT libyen constitués de traitres, s’est finalement rétracté de façon inexplicable. Et curieusement, jusqu’aujourd’hui, aucun gouvernement consensuel n’a été formé en Libye. Depuis l’annonce de l’assassinat de Mouammar Kadhafi, cette union africaine dont Mouammar Kadhafi était pourtant l’un des principaux défenseurs et ayant assuré le dernier mandat, n’a encore délivré aucun message officiel de condoléance à ses proches ou de regret. Egalement, même ceux qui hier tentaient de le soutenir n’ont pas eu le moindre courage de lever leur petit doigt pour rendre hommage à leur mentor. Jusqu’à l’heure actuel, seul l’ancien archevêque sud-africain et prix Nobel de paix Desmond TUTU a regretté cet acte ignoble. Même le président Abdoulaye Wade que l’on sait pourtant proche des révoltés libyens n’a pas encore salué la mort de l’homme qu’il souhaitait tant. Le lendemain de sa mort, un vendredi pas un musulman n’a prié pour lui ?.. A ce jour, sur le continent Africain, seul l’homme de la rue et les medias ont le courage de parler de cette assassina crapuleux du guide libyen. Mais, cette attitude des dirigeants africains ne surprend personne, dans la mesure où l’on sait que chaque président a peur de se faire remarquer par un Nicolas Sarkozy qui est capable de tout si la tête d’un président africain ou d’un arabe l’énerve.
Conclusion La Libye et l’Afrique toute entière viennent de tourner une page d’or avec la perte de Mouammar .
Traitre et maudit que je sois, si j’étais un libyen ?

Je souhaite attirer votre attention sur le faite que ce Barbouze comme vous le dites, a retourné sa veste à l’instant où il s’est assuré du départ définitif du ZABA plus exactement le 18 Janvier 2011.
Mais encore ce dernier qui détient pas un seul titre comme auprès du RCD mais aussi faison parti de plusieurs association et surout la chambre Franco-Tunisienne de marseille ou il a volé récemment le portfolio pour se faire une nouvelle peau et une nouvelle virginité auprès de la Tunisie, avec un pseudo symposium tenue au pôle technologique sis à la Gazelle (Ariana).
Rappel du passé : Khaled Néji représentant de l’office de l’huile près du consulat générale de Tunisie à Marseille a été victime de sa (Stoufida).
Monsieur Kahled Néji a été limogé de son poste, radié de ses fonctions, décédés suite à une attaque cardiaque après avoir visité les prisons Tunisiennes
Je souhaite que cette personne n’intervienne plus sur le sol Tunisien afin de crée des réseaux encore pire qu’avant et revenir au pouvoir par la fenêtre.
Aidez moi à dire la vérité sur ce malheureux de la Sbikha (kairouan) qui fout la honte à son peuple.
Ce Virus, qui trompe sa femme sans scrupule ni honte. A trahit ce que nos ancêtres ont essayé de bâtir, bravour, fraternité dévouement, sincérité.

Les petits cons s’amusent à faire leurs graffitis imbéciles même sur les statues couvertes de prestige et d’histoire de Carthage ; on en a maintenant fini avec Ben Ali, avec la censure et l’étouffement des idées et de coeur opéré par son régime. Mais on en finira jamais avec l’idiotie des fondamentalistes islamiques qui promenent leurs femmes en burka, parce que c’est la seule façon par laquelle savent voir une femme : comme une bête dangeureuse. On en finira pas facilement, terrible dictature, avec ceux qui demandent maintenant de couper les mains, les jambes et les bras, suivant l’obsolète loi coranique, sans se faire aucun souci de l’Homme. Jésus, le Christ en est le plus grand champion, le Rédempteur de l’humanité, Lui qui a porté la Croix pour nous TOUS ; quant à la mafia et à al-Capone, nous les plaçerons comme un héritage historique de cet islam que tant s’acharnent à défendre par l’ignorance (mafia vient de l’arabe dialectal anciene "mafiah", c’est-à-dire "protection", la mafia est nait et c’est culturellement radiquée dans une ancienne terre d’islam, la Sicile)

This text is a raction to latest developments of US Foreign Affairs speech
My vision is that we should try to take advantage from every potential. Today the US are clearly expressing their will for a "more free and democratic world". However does Tunisia fit in the chapel of the countries to "democratise" or is it considered "democratic enough" to be bothered about ? Anyway, let us try to find out how we can benefit from this :
1- Feasibility :
I think that we have to distinctly and lucidly underline our current regime’s points of failure and then explain how these gaps lead to an inefficient situation, both socially and economically. Once we point out these facts and put up an unambiguous definition that the regime is a system which needs adjustments we put the US in front of their public statements and therefore steer their direct or indirect influence on the current regime. This does not guarantee they will intervene more actively in our country but at least it would limit their kindness with the regime. Are the US truly willing to operate these changes ? The answer doesn’t really matter. What matters is what we can do with it.
2- Strategy :
The question is to know whether the US declarations are serious or not. In other words, can we trust in Foreign Affairs Policy ? Of course no. Every policy, despite all what can be said, is driven by interest. So how can we coincide their interests with ours ? Well like Maherbaal said(*), by setting up a "plan" of concrete actions based on credible resources and which would lead to a more open and tolerant situation driving the whole country to a better blooming and advance, and thus creating a win-win position. In fact, if they (the US and the Western generally) see us like a "market" then a better development will make of us a better market and consumers, if they see us like suppliers then a better development will make of us better suppliers with better quality. This logic remains relevant for the social issues as well as all their underlying problems (immigration, the so called "fundamentalism"...) The roadmap between the current situation and the new target situation must be precisely and accurately exposed, and here comes the work of strategists (who are they ? where’s the Tunisian Centre for Strategic Studies ?) But in my sense, the killing argument is that the Tunisian case is an excellent candidate for a pilot program. Tunisia is well placed for real democratisation. Not too conservative nor too liberal, not too eastern nor too western, it can be a good field approach for announced US objectives, and we can make the most of it for our own goals.
3- Ethics :
Some will raise the problem of independence and self-government. Well I confess that I’m against foreign interference and external influence. Self-determination is the basis of any democratic project. But even though Truth is reluctant to seeking US support and Mr Yahyaoui fears identity shove off or elitist Western’s advocating or disguised foreign control, tactical moves are an essential component of political action. Politics are a game with no feelings, no principles other than turpitude. NCH perfectly knows what I’m talking about. That’s why politics are not my business and will never be. However I’m trying to contribute to the thoughts about Bush Administration and Powell statements without any further pretension. Those who ignore the international influence on local contexts are faking or raving. I’m not saying that foreign pressure has to be taken as an imposed trend, but that all its parameters, stakes and impacts must be considered. Furthermore, the regime is juggling with international relations so militants should also pursue it on that ground.
Nowadays countries, especially Tunisia, cannot be considered as closed systems. At the same time a foreign support can’t be effective if it is not wanted and welcomed nation-wide by popular wish. Active base militancy and international backing should be sought-after jointly. By the way, I’m interested to see how Mr Marzouki (now that he announced his intention to go more towards Tunisian people) will tackle his action in the field : what will he "propose", "say" and most of all "do". Another point : I can’t imagine a single second that there’s any activist who didn’t ensure his initiatives by foreign contacts. Of course what matters the most is the domestic action ... but seeking international back up can be a leverage of efficiency. The whole thing is about pragmatic action versus sterile idealistic slogans. Let me remind that agreements with foreign dissidence shall be held as a strategy and not as a fact of obedience. We must use the Bush and Powell declarations for our purpose, it’s clear if we don’t use them then we let them use us !
4- Legitimacy :
Keeping national autonomy of any political or community action is essential to confer legitimacy and above all credibility and popular support and membership. Thus beseeching foreign back up shall not be connected to any specific action, nor bound to any group or party. Every own civil society initiative or political enterprise must remain own directed and hold locally, this is to prevent legitimacy swing as it happened in Iraq for example (though it is a very special case) or peculiar influence as threatened by Mr Yahyaoui. What we have to seek from international encouragement is to help the emergence of a real democratic space and to guarantee a context of freedom and fairness without promoting any specific institution or movement and without operating any trade-offs. So we have to ensure that the US sustain press without giving favour to a journal, that they sustain society without giving favour to an organisation, that they sustain freedom and human rights without giving favour to an opinion or ideology, and so on.
For this purpose we are required to avoid clash of interests by separating support protagonists and trusteeships. Domestic activism must stay independent as it’s an essential part of self accomplishment and as not to be accused of being sold up, whereas other people should watch the respect of basic democratic principles. So here we need to have two different trends completely separate and independent : democratic militants on one hand, supervisors and trustees on the other hand. This may be accomplished by setting up a commission of independent individuals who take an inventory of skids and abuses, report them to the US "democratisation watch force", and propose recommendations and improvement action plans.
Once again this shouldn’t be seen as begging but as a way of "faire feu de tout bois"
5- Strategy II :
Let us come back to the considered approach. How to convince the US to act in our favour ? (I mean we the Tunisians) As we cannot know what the front side speech hides and what is carried out in the back office, we have to govern the action by reducing it to a simple matter of logic. And this is what is intended by the win-win initiative. Now can we really determine a win-win approach ? Well here we have several points :
There’s a relevant point in the US Foreign Policy speech, that’s "development is not a nil sum game". Analysts should assert the accuracy of this statement and then define a potential win-win position and the way to evolve into it.
The dominant looks to make profit and usually wrongs the dominated. This is the case when the dominant wants to extort other countries’ natural resources and that makes the "nil sum game" law. But this doesn’t apply to the case of Tunisia because it isn’t a country of great natural resources. On the other hand Tunisia is a country which boasts about its Human Resources and always bet on its human capital and its development. This point is a serious entry to result in a win-win strategy because everybody (nationals and foreigners) would be better off establishing true democracy, emancipating individuals and releasing all their potential and positive contributions to the global wellbeing.
Furthermore, even we can deeply doubt in the US intentions, there are always sincere people in west who are willing to help without great personal interest other than defending moral and universal principles. These people can use their freedom of action in their countries to both push the authoritarian governments like Ben Ali’s regime and drive their own governments for better influence.
6- Risks :
We can categorise the risks as follows :
external risks : this is if the foreign pressure is not driven by a true will to democratise the country on a neutral basis without trying to impose some biased influence. Well it depends on how we can succeed in defining the strategy and the approach as well as letting the actions and decisions be driven by logic.
internal risks : how would the regime react to such an external pressure ?
It can back down on its positions pretending that it’s prevailing its autonomy and being reactionary towards external influence. But the regime can’t oppress the people more than it is doing now at the risk of hitting the breaking point and causing a popular uprising. However, the risk resides also in feeding the popular sympathy to the regime on the pretext of resisting to foreign influence.
There are other questions to raise here :
what would be the effect of a true opening in Tunisia ? are Tunisian people really mature for a democratic model ? which democratic model is most suitable for this context ? These questions may be shocking for many guys around here but I consider them as relevant and I can’t deny myself on this point. Personally I don’t have any answer for these questions. All I can say is that if we are worth democracy then we will get it, if we don’t reach democracy then we are not worth it, for me it is as simple as that.
would the movements that are considered as risk factors or the so called "undesirable organisations" accept to shift their positions seriously in order to thwart the blocking arguments of both the regime and the West, and then promote a better evolution for everybody as well as for themselves ?
But in all cases I think that a global pressure at all edges is a plus to overturn the regime as far as it is possible and is a profit to some extent.
7- Action :
The regime is in a difficult balance and must be throttled from all sides hoping it would collapse under the pressure, from the inside and the outside. As I say the most important thing is the action in the field beside the people by rallying them and linking them. We should not forget that working out a plan with clear objectives is the essential step to convince popular mobilisation. Since it’s important to confront the regime at all levels, to limit its possibility of actions and tighten its condemnation, we have all the benefit from leaning on International power support, especially the US and the EU, without forgetting that we can still take the opportunity from the competition of these two blocks to gain privileges in our region.
Thus I summarise the essential action plans like this :
informing and sensitising mass people in the field
networking and lobbying to International institutions, US and EU in particular
I would suggest that those who feel comfortable with english and who are usual to the US system write to US administration to report all the items that have been previously discussed.
Those who have the equivalent skills do the same all across Europe.
Those who are in Tunisia try to get the maximum of information and spread it as far as possible in all parts of the country.
Possibly, if there are faithful and patriotic political forces, form a coalition and work out a project which satisfies people preoccupations and which can be a serious alternative for the current regime.
Maherbaal said that "Ben Jaafar or Marzouki or whoever must act now", in fact I don’t think that any sincere activist ever stopped acting, but they need our help and our support, we the people, we must act !
Anyway, I consider that the two first points (informing and networking) are our part we the people and that’s where I stick my action. The last point is politicians’ business but I don’t count on them because they simply don’t exist.
Today it’s our turn to prove our maturity and fulfil our civic duty. Few elitist groups are not enough to change any thing if we do not join them. It’s our game to set true democratic fundamentals by our action, we the people. Or are we waiting for Ben Ali for that ? So let us act !
8- Disillusion :
I don’t even dare hoping that there are people who wish to push this discussion thoroughly and even more imagine there are ones willing to carry these ideas and projects and lead them to concrete actions. I wonder why I took all the time writing this text. Maybe it’s fun.
