We mentioned in the CILLF second statement that Lotfi Farhat bas been transferred from Gabes prison to 9 Avril prison but were not aware of the reasons behind his transfer. We have now learnt that he was first transferred to Tunis prison and then to the Interior Ministry where he was questioned by the very three people who had tortured him in August 2000, adding to the cruelty of the whole game.
