Assalam alykum. I think that every true tunisien would feel very concerned for what this country is heading to !!! the average debt for each and every tunisien is 2000 dinars (based on the national bebt from forein institutions)... when the decision making process is concentrated on the person of single entity handeling things with no supevision (voluntiraly or due to oppression) all result can be only catastrophic. for such a huge project the need is so eminent for an open expertise that should be public and carried by private audit groups in order to avoid fiascos. the tunisien (...)
